We've Made Booking An Appointment Easier!
Simply choose an available time and date and reserve your spot.
Bookings are for one hour time blocks so please remember to be 5 minutes early if possible and please let us know if you are running late or need to reschedule so we can organise appropriately.
Please be aware we have a small showroom - not every design is on hand in every cut and colour. As we make all our items to order we don't have ready made rings available.
We need at least 24 hours notice in order to generate a booking. You should receive a confirmation email once your booking is made. If a confirmation does not come through please check spam folders before letting us know.
We have very limited availability so please only make a booking if you intend to attend.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment - please send us an email and we will do our best to help.
