Important Update Regarding Orders, Appointments and Delivery Time Frames
During this very difficult time where we have seen a lot of struggles in regards to this terrible virus, we’d like to reassure our clients that we are doing the very best we can for all existing orders and all future orders.
At this stage we are very lucky to be able to carry on as per usual and help our clients with these very important purchases.
While we are putting the priority on health and safety and practicing according to the latest recommendations from official health advice we will also take extra measures to ensure we are acting above and beyond to put our clients and team first.
All orders will continue to go out and receive a little extra clean before arriving. In our showroom we will continue to practice a high level of sanitizing and cleaning to ensure all clients coming to see us can rest assured our items have been cleaned between each and every visit. This also means that we must insist on booking appointments so we can have the time to do this.
While we are still working and creating, this is an uncertain time so please be patient with us if delivery takes a little longer than expected. With social distancing and the demand for everyday supplies increasing we will continue to do our best to get all orders out in a timely fashion, but please allow an extra week just in case. We have been advised that DHL are experiencing similar delays due to current situations so again we ask you take this in consideration when ordering.
